FAQ

REGUPOL everroll fitness flooring

Do you have any questions about our REGUPOL everroll fitness flooring? We are sure you will find an answer here:

REGUPOL everroll is extremely resilient. It has a wide variety of sportfunctional properties and it proved itself for decades in gyms across the globe.

Depending on the product, it will be Rolls or Tiles, packed on pallets.

Using a conventional carpet knife (cutter) and a proper straight edge will be sufficient.

We recommend a Two-part Polyurethane Adhesive, please see here: Link to Laying instruction.

In general we recommend to adhere our Roll products. In some cases, a loose lay is possible. Tiles will be loose laid in most cases.

All of our REGUPOL everroll products need approx. 8 hours in consistent room temperature to acclimatise (ideally overnight)

We offer a total of 72 colours and Design Groups. Custom Colours are also possible (depending on the Size of the project)

The main difference is the Raw Material. Black SBR Rubber is the result of Tire-recycling (and is therefore less expensive), whereas the colourful EPDM Rubber is processed as Virginrubber (and therefore more expensive).

Arising from this are the various technical properties.

There are various possibilities: for example the dry-cleaning with a normal Vacuum cleaner or wet-cleaning: manually with a standard mop and a proper Microfibre Cloth or mechanically with an auto-scruber-machine.

Please do not use a cleaning machine where a plate is horizontally scrubbing over the floor (a so called “Auto-Disk scrubber”)

REGUPOL is offering appropriate cleaning solutions.

We recommend this partially.  Please get in contact with our Sales consultants for more information.

Yes, REGUPOL everroll has these capabilities. Please get in contact with our Sales consultants for more information.

Yes, this is possible if your order exceeds a net value of 1.000 EUR.

This depends on how intense the Floor is used.  But we are proud to say that our floor (proper installation, Cleaning and usage provided) last over a lot of years to come.

Yes, this is possible. Please keep in mind that minimum order quantities apply. Please get in contact with our Sales consultants for more information.

This is caused by the used Raw – materials as well as the different forms of production.

Sizes are as follows for the Roll - Material:

Width: 1.250 mm und Length between 10 m / 15 m / 20 m, Thickness as per chosen product.

Size Puzzletiles: 600 x 600 x 6 mm (only selected colours available)

The products REGUPOL everroll multitile and REGUPOL everroll crosstile come in a Tile format in the size of 1.000 x 500 mm.

Each Tile has an “appearance joint”, so it looks like a square Tile in the format 500 x 500 mm.

Thickness depending on the product between 27 and 43 mm.

Experience has shown that it is more feasible to measure and cut on site.

For all of our REGUPOL everroll products the following waste codes should be used:

The waste key according to the European Waste Catalogue (EWC number) refers to the real wastes origin and therefore is not product- but use-oriented. List of proposed waste codes/waste designations in accordance with EWC for unglued / unsealed products: 07 02 99. Should the product be glued down or sealed, the EWC Code is 17 02 03.

More detailed information is available in the Safety Data Sheet from each product.

To make sure that all local legislation is being followed, please talk to your local disposal company.

Depending on the product and your craftsmanship this is possible. We do recommend that you involve a flooring contractor, because he has all the necessary Skills and tools to lay our flooring proper.

Yes, this is possible. Usually, the flooring contractor is fulfilling this work.

Very simplified you can calculate with:

For each m² and each mm Thickness, our Roll – Material weighs approx. one kg.

Our REGUPOL everroll impact (two-layer Roll-Material, Elasticlayer + Toplayer) weighs between 3 and 10 kg for each m² / mm.

A Puzzletile in a thickness of 6 mm weighs approx. 2 kg per piece.

Our REGUPOL everroll multitile in 27 mm weighs approx. 12 kg per Tile.

Our REGUPOL everroll crosstile Tiles in 43 mm weigh approx.  19 kg per Tile.

Yes, this is projectrelated possible.

To get an optimal result, you should remove the old flooring. Please talk to a REGUPOL Expert for further advice.

One of the main characteristics of REGUPOL everroll is its antislip properties. Therefore, we recommend to use a sled with wheels.

Yes, this is possible depending on the Type of Sport. Our flooring is slip resistant due to its Blunt Surface.

Yes, this will happen and can´t be really avoided. The good thing about REGUPOL everroll is its elasticity and resilience. Therefore, after a while, it will be almost impossible to spot or feel the original indent.

Hardly you`ll find a floor with such a high restoring force!

REGUPOL has for each Tile an antistumble edge and corresponding Corner Element, see here: REGUPOL everroll reducer

This depends on various factors, e.g. what subbase is existing and what activities should happen on our floor. REGUPOL has, depending on the usage, various Flooring Options available. One of our experts will help you to find the best floor for your needs.

REGUPOL everroll is open for diffusion, on the butt-joints of the rolls and tiles it is permeable. Therefore we recommend to use a two-part Polyurethane Adhesive.

Most of our products are suitable for this type of application.

Delivery times are quite variable. There are design groups and thicknesses that are ready to load in our stock. Others are in our stock as a large roll and therefore only need to be cut to length; or some that need to be produced completely. There are a couple of hundred alternatives available. This requires a proper Production Planning to shorten the time between ordering and delivery to the jobsite.
